Asparagus roasted in a drizzle of sesame oil with a compliment of parmesan shavings.

Garlic prawns cooked in home-made butter with parsley & crusty bread

Lightly roasted goats cheese on a bed of salad leaves with beetroot, pine nuts and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Argentinean Red Shrimp

Home made mushroom soup with crusty bread

Mains

Braised pheasant cooked in cider with leek, thyme and apples

Baked salmon with lemon & bay leaves, pea & mint puree, new potatoes and fresh vegetables

Local venison steak served with onion, mushrooms and dusted tumeric roasted potatoes

Beef fillet Wellington with a red wine and port jus

Beef in red wine with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
